  1. Services

    1.1 Unflawed Car Detail provides mobile car detailing services across some areas of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire, including but not limited to premium handwash, interior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating and other related services.

    1.2 The scope of work and services would be as agreed on booking confirmation.

    1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the vehicle unsafe, unsuitable, or if the requested service cannot be performed to a professional standard.

  2. Booking & Payments

    2.1 All services must be booked in advance via our website, email, or phone.

    2.2 Payment in full is required after completion of the service. We give a reasonable amount of time for you to complete the payment, you do not have to do it instantly. If it takes you longer than 48 hours an attempt to contact you will be made. If you do not respond within the next 12 hours, we will be forced to contact the police.

    2.3 We accept cash and bank transfers.

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    3.2 Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the service price.

    3.3 We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice.

  4. Customer Responsibilities

    4.1 Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe location. We will not be able to provide service if the vehicle is parked on the road.

    4.2 Personal items must be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

    4.3 If car seat for children is present and has not been removed before service. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is attached securely before you choose to drive your vehicle.

    4.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that water tap and power socket is accessible for our use. You must ensure that they are safe and fully operational.

  5. Liability

    5.1 Unflawed Car Detail will take all reasonable care in providing services, but is not liable for:

    - Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
    - Damage caused by manufacturers defects or poor vehicle condition
    - Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

    5.2 Liability for any service-related damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.

  6. Service Guarantee

    6.1 We strive to provide high-quality services. Any issues with service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

    6.2 Where reasonable, we will attempt to resolve the issue free of charge.

    6.3 You have the right to request a refund if completion of the services provided is not up to a satisfactory level. We have the right to refuse if your request is unreasonable.

  7. Data Protection

    7.1 Customer data is collected solely for booking, payment, and service purposes.

    7.2 We comply with the UK GDPR and will not share personal information with third parties except as required by law.

  8. Complaints

    8.1 Complaints should be submitted in writing via email or post.

    8.2 We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them promptly.

  9. Choice of Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  10. Change of T&C

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
